Veda Yoga was founded in Silver Lake, Los Angeles in 2012 with a belief that has never changed: the practice of yoga should be available to every body, every background, and every level of experience — without judgment, without competition, without pretense.
We named ourselves after the Vedas — the oldest texts of yogic knowledge — because we believe in teaching from roots, not trends. Our instructors study tradition and bring it forward with intelligence and care.
